Meet the Dreamwoods Willows

Meet the Willows of Dreamwoods—our female Maine Coon breeding cats and the heart of our little mountain sanctuary.

These remarkable ladies are the heart of our little mountain sanctuary, and if we’re being completely honest, they run the place. The Oaks may think they’re in charge, but the Willows know better. Beautiful, intelligent, affectionate, and endlessly devoted to their Saplings, our Willows help shape the next generation of gentle forest giants. They pass down their beauty, loving temperaments, confidence, and charm that make Maine Coons so special.

Behind every Willow is a comprehensive health program designed to protect the future of the breed. Each Willow undergoes DNA testing for over 40 hereditary conditions, hip x-rays, echocardiograms, and PCR testing, because every mighty Oak and every tiny Sapling begins with an exceptional Willow.
